Description

This guide takes you throughout the Vélobuissonnière adventure. The route goes from Alençon to Saumur. It thus crosses the departments of Orne, Sarthe, and Maine-et-Loire. La Vélobuissonnière (also called V44), follows either dedicated cycle routes or very lightly used roads, and the route is fully signposted. You will pass through towns and villages known for their rich history and exceptional heritage: Alençon, Le Mans, La Flèche, etc. Each stage is associated with thematic texts on elements encountered along the route. Finally, upon arrival in Saumur, the junction can be made with the Loire à Vélo, star of the cycle routes.
